All new students who have never attended PAL Charter High School in the past.

A student who has attended PAL before however, did not attend the previous semester of the current school year.

A student who graduated with a Certificate of Completion in the past 2 years.
This informtion is required every semester. It will be kept private and used to determine eligibility for additional services that may be provided.
Previously known as the Free and Reduced Lunch Application. This is requred to be completed once a year. It is a MANDITORY document.
Manditory document. If any information changes at any time of the year, a new card must be filled out. In order to change an address a new emergency card and proof of address must be submitted.
Students should fill out this form and turn it in to the attendance office and wait for an appoinment.
Students may use this form to obtain their own current grades at any time.
This form is used to request Official and Unofficial Transcripts.
