Allocation of Proposition 30

Education Account Funds

 

Proposition 30 requires that the Local Education Agency governing board make spending determinations regarding the Education Protection Account funds that the LEA receives in open session of a public meeting.

 

At the January 14, 2014 meeting of the PAL Academy Board of Trustees meeting, the Board took action to allocate the $254,256 in Education Protection Account funds toward certificated instructional and guidance and counseling non-management compensation and benefit expenses.
