PAL wants to emphasize that you are never alone. If you feel like you need to talk to someone, the counseling department is always available to you. If you feel like you need to talk to someone other than counseling, SBCUSD has listed resources on their website for a suicide hotline, as well as suicide prevention and intervention. Should you choose to speak with a counselor, you are free to make an appointment with them at any time. There is absolutely no judgement if you are having any issues.

De-stress at The Wells!
PAL Charter Academy would like to introduce you to The Wells! The Wells is located in the CTE building and you are free to visit any time to help you de-stress. There you will find comfortable chairs to sit on, sensory toys, motivational or inspiring posters, and other fun items to help you get your mind off of things.
