How To Obtain A Work Permit

 

Once you are employed, obtain a Request for Work Permit form from the Student Services Office.  Complete all sections and bring your completed form to the Office of Student Life.

Work Permit Steps:

1) Review Work Permit Requirements/Policy

2) Obtain a job offer

3) Pick-up a Request for Work Permit (B1-1) from Student Services

4) Return COMPLETED B1-1 (ALL sections must be filled in and signed)

5) Allow 48hrs for Work Permit (B1-4) to be processed 


**Please note, work permits expire. Be sure to return to the Office of Student Life to renew your Work Permit before the expiration date.
