Provisional Accelerated Learning (PAL) Center
Provisional Educational Services, Incorporated, (PESI) is a non-profit tax-exempt educational institution formed in 1984 to offer a variety of educational programs and employment services through the Provisional Accelerated Learning (PAL) Center located at 2450 W. Blake Street and 1686 W. 19th Street in San Bernardino, California.

Our Mission Statement
Provisional Educational Services, Incorporated is committed to provide quality, comprehensive, educational services, with an emphasis on individuality, cultural diversity, and an appreciation for tolerance. These services are provided through the Provisional Accelerated Learning (PAL) Center, a community-based organization, in a non-threatening environment that is easily accessible to residents.

THE COST
Dedicated to the long-term educational development of all human beings, regardless of ethnicity, or we offer this strong academic educational service FREE at NO COST.

The PAL Center collaborates with The Community Action partnership to present a “Hands on Training (HOT) Program” in the warehouse and construction fields. This program is open to Eligible SB County youth who want to Earn While they Learn the warehouse & construction trades. This program in whole is funded by the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009 in cooperation with the California Department of Community Services & Development and Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County. If you are between the ages of 18-24 and are serious about obtaining the skills needed for tomorrow’s workforce and meet the program requirements call Raj Shaw at (909) 887-7002 Ext 133.

Golf Tournament
This years Golf Tournament will held on May 27, 2010.This years tournament will be held at Shandin Hills Golf Course, 3380 Lil Mountain Drive, San Bernardino, CA. 92405

STUDENT GRADUATION
This years graduation will be held in June of this year. Please check back for updates on changes that are being implemented to make this graduation the best one yet.
